Responsibilities
- Assesses all patients assigned and establishes/implements the Plan of Care
- Adheres to policies and procedures addressing the scope of services outlined in Vitamin Therapy and all other services provided by HydrateX
- Adheres to CDC guidelines, scope and standards of practice, and code of ethics as defined by American Nurses Association
- Collaborates with HydrateX leadership, sales partners, and patients/clients
- Completes patient/client care documentation
- Educates patients/clients on HydrateX’s services and benefits
- Coordinates nursing care with home health and other community agencies as indicated
- Complete expense reports, monthly mileage tracking and other miscellaneous incidental expenses
- This role will have supervisory responsibility as our teams grow
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Previous infusion and home health care experience preferred
- Preferred experience in IV vitamin therapy
- Extensive experience in starting IV's
- Flexible schedule with the availability to work a variety of shift models
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Must meet company standards for driving record as well as driver age requirement
- Percentage of Travel: 100% driving to patient's/client's homes for visits is required as part of this position
